Overview
This application ("Tenzo Tea OMS") is an internal order management system operated exclusively by Tenzo Tea, Inc. It is not available to the general public and is used solely by authorized Tenzo Tea employees.
Data We Access
This application connects to QuickBooks Online via the Intuit OAuth 2.0 API to:
- Read customer records (names, addresses, contact information)
- Create invoices on behalf of Tenzo Tea
No QuickBooks data is shared with any third party. All data is stored securely in Tenzo Tea's private database and is accessible only to authenticated Tenzo Tea employees.
Data Storage & Security
OAuth tokens used to access QuickBooks are stored in Tenzo Tea's private Supabase database, hosted on AWS infrastructure. Access is restricted via row-level security policies and requires authenticated user sessions. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
Internal Use Only
This application is strictly for internal use by Tenzo Tea, Inc. employees. It is not listed on the QuickBooks App Store and is not made available to any third parties or external users.
End-User License Agreement
Use of this application is restricted to current Tenzo Tea, Inc. employees with an active company account. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited. Tenzo Tea, Inc. reserves the right to revoke access at any time without notice.
By using this application, you agree to use it solely for legitimate Tenzo Tea business purposes and to keep your login credentials confidential.
